This tool uses a simplified approximation of the SmartPoints® formula. Official points also account for fiber, zero-point foods, and proprietary rounding rules. Use this as a rough guide and refer to the official WW app or materials for precise values.
WW designates certain foods as zero-point foods — including most fruits, non-starchy vegetables, lean proteins, and certain other staples. These foods still contain calories but are assigned 0 points to encourage healthier choices. This calculator does not include zero-point logic and will assign points based purely on the nutritional input.
